Enjoy the 1st Annual Lopez Lake Turkey Festival. The festival is a great opportunity for families and individuals to experience the beautiful Fall season and turkey wildlife at Lopez Lake while enjoying numerous activities. The event will include such activities as live music by “Those Guysâ€, Kids Carnival, Tiny Mile Turkey Trot, 5K Turkey Trek, Quality Handcrafted Arts and Craft Vendors, Food, Turkey Call Contest, Kids & Adult Raffle, Free Nature Boat Cruises and Hayrides. The main events will take place at the Valley Oak day use area located directly across from the ranger office.
